I went out to the Green River, WY just outside town this afternoon, here is a nice Rainbow, caught this in the same hole as the previous fish, wouldn't be surprised if it isn't the same fish.

Edit: Now that I see the two photos side-by-side, I think this is the same fish I caught last week! He's fast becoming an old friend!

A few days of Stillwater fishing. It was off the charts! I fish two flies on two rods (two pole permit) I had a Type VII more or less dangling down 30 to 40 feet, and the of the other was a Type III which I would cast as 50 to 60 feet, kick back peeling out more line till I could see backing. Then start stripping. I was catching on one or the other every cast. And several doubles (on both flies) on one rod while landing a fish on the other....I like to stay busy..LOL.

Joni: That sounds like an incredible day on the water, congrats!

Here are a few rainbows from the Green River while doing some wading, all caught on dries using my 4 wt rod. The fall wx is starting to cool down, the dry fly action won't last much longer:
