Late season from a lake at treeline outside of Brainard Lake, CO. Only saw this one fish in the lake which was naturally drawing down by the end of summer.
I had to barefoot it in ankle deep silt/mud to release this guy; I got pretty muddy. Not too long, but about as fat as a fish could get at that length.

Just got back from Idaho and caught some nice Yellowstones and Hybrids. But, this one was the coolest. NO SPOTS what so ever.
