Try San Carlos, easy 4 lane road from Nogales. it's as safe getting there as getting anywhere, but the "no shoulders on the road" comment in the article is very true and there can be critters at night, some pretty big.

I want to do the "running down the man" thing and hunt rooster off the beachs of Baja....That DVD was funny!!!
