The Provo River below Deer Creek Reservoir is running as low as I've seen for many ye
 
The Provo River below Deer Creek Reservoir is running as low as I've seen for many years. This means fish are concentrated in deep pools and in more obvious locations. During these periods, I like to target areas below diversion dams and rapids, where deeper water historically holds trout.
