Default A different kind of drift boat

For the past few weeks I have been working on a small boat. It is sort of a pirogue/jonboat hybrid designed for floating the slow streams in Mississippi.
I finished gluing the basic hull structure yesterday.

Photos of finished boats may be found on the designer's website

Scott B. Williams

I am building the 14' version with the motor mount.

That looks like a pretty cool boat, can't wait to see yours when you get it finished, best of luck!

I have the interior surfaces glassed. I am working on the frame work to support the decks on each end. I haven't touched it in 2 weeks.

First time I've seen a boat like this, it appears that it'll haul a good load of gear. I like that in a boat.
