Default Waters near Dundas?

Hi everyone, I will be visiting my girlfriend's family in Dundas Ontario this winter and I was wondering if there are any waters near that area that are open to fly fishing this time of year. I am not sure if this is an absurd question but I thought I would put it out there to see what's going on. Thanks!
