Hardy Bros. Featherweight Reel

Please excuse, Brand new and don't know my way around, or what all these icons are! I am looking for a spare spool for my Thirty to Thirty-Five year old Hardy Bros. Featherweight Reel. Hope someone can tell me if and where one might be available, Thank you!

Re: Hardy Bros. Featherweight Reel

Hi Grumpy,

The first thing you have to do is determine what model your Hardy is. You also need to make sure you can change the spool on your reel. Many early Hardy's had fixed spools. If you have a fixed spool reel then your quest is going to be harder.

I would locate a couple of collectors and call them. If there are spools available they will know. You should also watch Ebay.

Frank
