Here is a great startup kit for anyone looking to get started into fly fishing. Good quality tackle for the novice and everything needed to get on the water as soon as possible. A friend of mine is no longer fly fishing anymore so he asked if I could sell his stuff for him. He owned the gear for 2 years, but has only has taken the fly rod out about 10 times.
