How do I tye a Pink Flasher (Red Eye Smelt)

PINK FLASHER (RED EYE SMELT) This is one of Jocelin first large streamer creation intended for large pike and musky but also can be tied in smaller size for trout and other smaller fish. Created in 1998 by Jocelin LeBlanc to fish large pike in the Aux Outardes River watershed in Quebec Manicouagan Region. This fly is one of Jocelin best sellers he ties around 500 to 1000 of these flies in various colors from black to white and everything in between but nothing comes close in making fish hit than the original pink flasher.
