I gotta say I like glass. Here's one I finished a couple weeks ago.
E-glass, Flamed rattan grip with red thread between the rattan, orange/red agate stripper, splated maple reel seat insert with silver sliding band downlocking hardware.

Hi Mojo,

Good job, that is a knock out reel seat. Does the rattan grip get slippery when it gets wet?

Thanks for the compliment Frank. Slippery? Not at all. It's a very comfortable grip to fish with. Joni can attest to that. I had 30+ fish on it Monday at Daniels. Put the major bendo in it but didn't loose one fish. Even with my hands wet it was comfy.
