Fly-Fishing in the Chattanooga area??

Looks like we might relocate (job related) to the greater Chattanooga area in TN or even go over the border into GA within the next 2 years. Now the big question:
What are my fly fishing options here??
I know there might be some bass fishing, but do I need a boat?
Any trout?
