Third. Brook trout has black mottled or "worm like" markings on the dorsal fin, bull trout does not. Furthermore, brook trout has mottled or "worm like" markings on back, bull trout does not. The pictured trout lacks mottled or "worm like" markings on either the dorsal fin or the back.

Well, I'd have to go with some type of char, maybe dolly varden?

Wish I could get some nice pictures like that of my catches. Mine always seem to show me struggling to hold onto them while the flop all around and beat the heck out of me . . .
