Snakehead update, not good
These guys are bad news. http://www.wvec.com/news/topstories/...11a825788.html Moral of the story, if you snag/foul hook a Snakehead and want the reward from Bass Pro, leave out the "snagged" part.

Cliff, I think the way to get rid of these is to (1) Put an opening day for catching them (2) put a limit of two on them and (3) pass the word they taste just like chicken. The poachers will clean them out in short notice.LOL.

I think they are actually eaten in asia. Then again, you can say that about lots of critters that we either wouldn't put in our mouth or that we take to a vet to keep healthy.

When I was in high school I kept a couple snakeheads in a 100 gallon aquarium. They are beautiful fish, They are also glutinous eaters and very mean.
