Contrary to what I my husband says, I read a lot LOL. Neither is my idea. I saw the drop bead in a magazine a while back (wish I could remember which). I just added to it by making one of my favorite patterns one (AK damsel) I love soft hackles also.
The tadpole was introduced to me by a friend in CA. Bruce "TunaFVR". We were all getting into the BOOBIE FLIES and he came up with this idea. I just took a couple of my favorites and incorporated them. The Purple Showgirl by Bill Sheiss and the Midnight Fire by Dennis Brakke.

Re: Hey Joni !!!!!!!

It is Cactus Chenille, but Estaz works great. The foam I am told is at Cabela's, but I ordered this from the Marriot before I found that out.
