Winter Bluegills in S Texas
I have a xmas gift I want to try. I'm going to the pond this afternoon. Where do the 'gills hide this time of year and what to toss at them??

The bluegills will be found in shallow spots warmed by the sun if available, and will be tough to find if there are none. You will most likely have the best luck with small nymphs fished slowly.
