Re: need help with waders!
I fish year round also. In Idaho and Utah. Days where ice forms on the guides every other cast. Still breathables. Thin Skin Nylon bottoms and tops followed by Fleece Bibs and a wool jacket...still easier to move than neo's, but just as warm....Just my opinion and I use to wear neo's.
It doesn't seem like they can be warm and true it is what you have underneath, but they can be down right toasty. Wind is the biggest chill factor, and breathables block the wind.

Re: need help with waders!
You didn't say how many days you were going for. Day or two, maybe three, I agree rent. Any longer maybe buy used and sell or buy new and sell.
Me, I'm poor so I try to get the best bang for my buck. Spend a bit of time watching Ebay and pick up a pair for a good price. Turns out to be something you enjoy, you still have them. Not for you, sell them on E-Bay when you return. Either way, I hope you have a great trip.

Re: need help with waders!
Good point, how many days? On another forum, a gentleman bought these:
Toggs Breathable Waders & Jackets second pair of waders down. It has been two months and they seem to still be going good.
