I put a total of one coat on. But, I do the thorax and abdomen separately. I mix just about a dime size drop of epoxy and mix it on foil. Using a small craft brush I apply it first on the eyes and work back on the thorax. I rotate the shrimp around to get it covered well and in the shape I want by holding it some hemostats. The abdomen is done the same manner once the first part is dry.
