March Brown Rods??

Are thes rods any good to use for an intermidite fisherman??

I can get the Legacy for 95.00 at the Sierra Trading Post store out of thier bargin cave, cannot deciede weather or not if I want the 8 wt. I was really considering if for the Pyrimad Lake fishing out here with the large cutthroats
