Fly Reels USA

My POV and opinion I fish USA and my primary fishing is salt...whether it's fly fishing or any other consumer purchase my dislike for sellers is their hiding and concealing in the fine print the country of origin of their product behind their label which once represented USA and then selling the sizzle not the steak...

Abel USA; Tibor USA; Nautilus USA; Galvan(just received email Lou Galvan all reels and components mfg USA); Ross all except worldwide USA; Teton USA; any others to add

Re: Fly Reels USA

Hi Bonefish41,

There is Bauer, Waterworks and Lampson. I am not sure about the cheaper Lampson reels but I know the Litespeed is USA. Bellinger use to be USA but I don't know if they still are. Hatch is USA and I like how they say so on the reel. Peerless is USA.

Re: Fly Reels USA

Lamson is saying that their newest line of cheaper reels is partially sourced offshore, but I think all their better ones are made totally here.
