Lamson Radius
Hi, I am new here and just posted my introduction in general discussion area! I had to post a deal I have just taken advantage of, and thought I would pass it on. If you have already heard of this please forgive me by way of my newbie status. I have found 2007 Lamson Radius reels on closeout by Madison River Fishing Company (Madison River Fishing Company - Ennis, Montana) starting at $79.95, and my R2 came in at $84.95. They also have Lamson Velocity Hybrid starting at $129.95, but they have sold out some sizes already. I thought this was an excellent deal for a fully machined reel with a nice drag system. Anyways thought I would let you all know, and look forward to conversing with you in the future!

I'm in the market for a new reel, and Lamson is my favorite, so I will be taking a look.

Super! I looked around quite a bit and could not find a better price. I was pretty happy to find a quality machine built reel for under $90.00....it is a smaller arbor, but as I am still fairly new to fly fishing I thought this made an excellent starter reel for me.
