the light cahill has not been replaced just moved. there is a fly called light cahill it is larger than the sulphers and pmd's. which are smaller.

When I began to fish Silver Creek, s.e. of Sun Valley, Idaho, about 40 years ago, a Light Cahill was my usual "entry fly" for the Pale Morning Dun hatch, which at that time had not yet become a standard part of the western fly angler's awareness. It worked more often than not.
