What flies to buy?
I am pretty new to fly fishing and have been relying on my friends to set me up with flies. However i am now ready to buy my own flies and intend on buying at least 3 dozen. I need some recommendations on what flies i need to buy. I fish for trout in Georgia mainly in the Chattahooche River. Any suggestions would help or a detailed list. Thanks.

The basics would be a great start.
Pheasant Tail , Hares Ear , Wooly Buggers , Terrestrial Patterns. There's plenty of Outfitters throughout the area and any of them can give you great advice on what to fish with. Whether GA,TN or NC they all pretty much know that section. Good Luck and Welcome!
