cherokee fishing trip 08
I'm going to go to Cherokee NC the last weekend of march for opening day. Any one else planning on going? Fishing upstate SC on that friday then cherokee on sat and sun. There are 7 or 8 of us going and just wandered if I would see any of you there.

Just wondering how the drought has affected the streams in Cherokee. Last I heard that the main river was just a trickle and many of the feeder streams were dry. The recent rains may be help the situation.

Talked to some one in Cherokee today, the water level is good. They have been getting some rain and it has really helped. The water level is much better here in upstate SC also. Been spending lots of time hunting so I hope to hit the river in the next few days, can't wait to get a few on the grill!!!!
