Needing guide recommendation southeast florida
Hi All,
I am new to fly fishing, I have been fly fishing for about two months now. Have had some sucess catching trout in my home state Arkansas, but I am really a newbie to the sport & still learning the art of casting & all... I am going to be in south florida (palm beach area) on vacation June 12th through June 17th & am wanting to try fly fishing. In the past I have chartered deep sea boats - bait, rod & reel, but now that I have taken up fly fishing, I am realy wanting to give it a go while I am there. Can anyone give me some tips &/or recommend me a good guide? My goal would be to catch a lot of fish more than big fish (have caught my share of them before on bait) & to learn how to cast better & learn more about FF in general. Remember I am new to fly fishing... I can only cast about maybe 40 feet or so... and am still learning. Any advise appreciated - this is vacation - so I just want to have fun ! |
