new to the board

Guys,

sorry for jumping those last two threads without an introduction. i am new to the board, but old hat to the fly. i moved back down to texas, yes i am a native, from a 12 vacation in Colorado, yes I left Colorado under sound mind I think, actually jury is still out. Any way, been in shock for the last year down here, no i am not of sound mind, so i am starting to think of trout fisheries beyond LMF. i love floating, did a ton out west and in michigan for steelhead, so the guad, Arkansas and Missouri hold a special interest for me. Oh, i am also a ravenous upland hunter, have a gsp named hailey and seem to be in hell since the quail pops are down. I digress, any way, look forward to the conversation with you boys and girls!

Hi texasmudbat,

Welcome to the forum. We have many members in Texas.

I worked in Texas for several years and I use to kid my friends there. I would tell them the only thing wrong with Texas is its full of Texans. Some of my closets friends lived in Texas.

Are you a fly tyer?

Frank
