Pike On The Fly

So I've been wanting to get to the Bow for some rainbow/brown fishing for a couple weeks now. Finally set something up with my buddy to drive down on Sat. Four hour drive to the river from Edmonton to Cowtown and about $50 in gas one way. We're set to leave Edmonton at 6am Saturday and I'm pumped. Then I get a call at 8pm Friday night and find out it's a no go, my buddy's on call for work. Sat morning my buddy phones me up and asks me if I wanna go hunting for toothy critters on the fly. Ok, I'm in (it's been a while). You can read the full story on my blog here...

Here's a couple pics, more on the blog

Cheers,
Doc
