Puerto Vallarta fishing

Hey hows it going I was just on vacation with my family in puerto vallarta and I was doing some fishing with www.puertovallartafish.com and I actually caught a 250lb yellow fin tuna this cow was obviously not caught on a fly but I caught about 8 yellow tail on the fly in 30 minutes and lost a dorado on the way back from the banks all in all a good day there should be photos on the website well i still have about 150lbs left of that yellow fin tuna in my freezer and I need new recipes I have been making sashimi and tuna steaks any suggestions would be great
