mobile tying station
I am a college student and I am looking to get into tying. The problem is i need EVERYTHING(vise) to be mobile and cleaned up. I won't be able to store many materials but my main concern is not clamping a vise and being able to clean up and store everything easily.
Thanks! |

Re: mobile tying station
Take a look at this for material storage. Combined with a pedistal vise it could do the trick for you.

Re: mobile tying station
I just sold a Griffin 2A with pedestal base to a forum member. That's a very
nice vise for under $100: it holds hooks from #22 all the way up to 4/0, and it holds them extremely well. Another pedestal vise is the HMH Silhouette for about $89. I nearly bought one of these, but opted for a Peak rotary vise instead. |

Hi Isaiah,
Here is a photo of the Griffin Superior 2A Kit. I have never seen or used one. I have to assume it is not very fast to use but will certainly get the job done. This kit is about $80. Frank Griffin Superior 2A Kit ![]()
