MVealey is on a distinguished road
Greetings from Maryland

Hey all. I've been looking at the forum for a while and thought it was about time to jump in.

I've been a spin caster for decades. Then a friend who's an avid fly fisherman lent me some gear and took me to the river.

It was great! It's been a long time since I enjoyed not catching any fish that much. I guess the spinner attitude is that you will catch a fish by any means while fly fishing it more of a coxing and cajoling exercise.

I don't get out much but we have a lot of good rivers and lakes here in MD so I hope to get more experience soon.

Thanks to all for the little snippets of knowledge I gotten so far and I hope to give some back some day.

Take care,
Mike
