Fishing close to Island Park, Idaho

I am planning a family trip to Island Park in early November. I need some advice on what to use and where to go. I know that the Madison is close by, I'll have to make a stop there. Is there any other locations near there? What flies would you recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
