Fishing on My Birthday

Finally got a chance to take my son out fishing in the drift boat the other day on my birthday. Had a great time and we caught a few nice rainbows (no browns).

Criag

Your absolutely right! The fishing was great, but sharing the time on the water with my son was even better. My grandson is 10 months old this month, in a couple years he will be old enough to get out on the water with us, can't wait!

Re: Fishing on My Birthday

Hey I know that boat in the pics!! Isn't that the same one we nearly drowned in on the upper Green?? LOL I hope you got rid of those shorts when you got home that night.

Happy Birthday Larry!!!

I haven't been around very much lately, so I missed this thread.

Larry, Fall is here, any plans to go fish the South Fork area? I spoke with Dave the other night and he said it's really pretty around Jackson right now.

Fysh

Thanks! You must have been busy this summer, as you haven't been posting much.

I've been thinking about a trip to the SF but need to put our heads together with Davo and see what would work for all three of us.

Larry,
Let's "Git-er-dun".
You still have Daves # don't ya? If not I can get it to you.

Maybe we can even get that Dorian fella to meet us. I spoke to him on the phone a few months back and he seems like a good guy also.

When I spoke to Dave a few night ago, He told me that Thu-Fr we're still his days off.

Fysh

I'll give Davo a call Monday. I went over to Walden to go fishing this morning and when I got out of the truck my transmission was leaking fluid like crazy. I drove back into town and filled it with ATF fluid and then drove back home. Its in the shop but they won't be able to work on it until either Monday or Tuesday.
