Rock and Roll never dies
Here is a concert site for those who grew up in the 60's and 70's. How many of these acts have you seen? Some I saw back then (and remember most of the concerts), some I have seen in the past few years.
http://concerts.wolfgangsvault.com/ Over the past couple of days I have listened to several and am surprised at the sound quality. Unfortunately at this time they can not be downloaded. Good listening to all. ![]() |

Re: Rock and Roll never dies
I was already in my 20's in the seventies, but I agree the rock and roll of the sixties and seventies was and is the best. I grew up in the fifties and sixties and can just barely remember hearing DJ's rave about a new singer that shows promise named Elvis Presly. I was about 4 years old.
The Beetles, Stones, Doors, Iron Butterfly among others ar the old time greats in my humble opinion. Steve Milller Bnd and others that came along in the seventies were good also not to mention CCR, The Guess who and others that had their start in the late sixties. I was lost when Disco came out. |
