Sad News for Fly Fishing

Ed Story the owner of Feather-Craft Fly Fishing has passed. ED was a great guy and always ready to give advise. I have spoken to Ed many times over the past years and he was always excited about fly fishing. He was quick to tell you the good or bad about any product you might be interested in. I think his favorite past time was catching Smallmouth on a fly. I am sure his son Bob will carry on the business for many more years.

Frank

Re: Sad News for Fly Fishing

So sorry to hear of Ed's passing; my thoughts and prayers will go out to his family. .......Ed was an unsung inspiration to me ........As I sought to pare down my fly boxes and try to become more adept at using fewer flies but with better presentation and versatility, it was his famed 'crackleback' that became one of the first flies that earned its way into my my 'tight and tidy' fly box! My support goes out to Bob in carrying on the legacy!
