Lost my Chocolate Lab Duke to old age last July. Just now gettin to feel like it's time for a new best friend. My sister has a connection with a gal that finds home for labs that don't make the grade as seeing eye dogs. I'd say I'll take him if you don't want him, but I can't get away for a couple weeks. Loggin a ton of overtime on special events. Sure your dog will love havin a playmate!!

Sorry for your loss, it's hard losing our friends, they become one of the Family. I hope you find a new one soon.  Lexi is 6 yrs old, has bad knees(r/r one of them already, other needs to be done soon). I think she would adjust to having him around, just have to spoil her rotten during the breakin period, Like she needs anymore of that. lol

Hey Joni,
That little southern Idaho lake will be open soon, went for a drive today to check it and the ice has that grayish cast to it, I'm thinkin a bout another week to week and a half. 60 degree temps this next week should get it goin.

That Old Lavro is a tank!!! It was a fantastic boat to learn with. Bounced it off a few obstacles my first season!!! LOL. The bad part is it weighs as much as a tank too. It is the 16' outfitters dory. Watertight compartments front and back. Great if your doing overnights!!. Gives me a good work out routine guiding all summer.

I did my write up the upper Snake stretches. Gave to the boss to look over and see if he has anything to add. Work is kind of busy right now but I should be able to post it in the next couple of days. Kind of long so I think I'll post it as an article under the Coldwater category.
