My wife never liked to fish. She didn't like it when I brought home fish to eat, back in the day when I ate trout. She didn't like the time I spent off fishing while I should have been home doing chores.
Then in 1966 I lost my wife. Every day I hope and pray, the ol' bat never finds me.

Jake, Yes I would like my wife on ever fishing trip. Like Joni said about her husband. Lauri is my best friend and I enjoy being with her. She is also a very good fisherman and fun to fish with.

Yat, that was great! I needed a good laugh today, its been real busy at work.

Reminded me of that old joke where an old man gets pulled over on a Florida interstate by the highway patrol, when ask why he wouldn't pull over, the old man says "The wife ran off a couple years ago and I thought you were trying to return her".
