Blink the Welcome Bar when receiving a new PM!
I thought it might be nice if there was some way to catch a members eye when they received a PM. I thought this might be a good idea. I made it so the welcome bar will flash upon receiving a private message.

Well, I decided to go a different route.. I think this is better
This image ==>  Will flash behind the "welcome your name" block, where before it changed colors.
