I am taking a short break.
Just got back from a 30 hour trip to the cardiac floor of the hospital. I suffered a mild heart attack. I am doing better but have to taker easy for a few days.

take it easy man.
everyone should keep a eye on there health. I quit smoking 6 months ago and the next thing i know i've got high blood pressure. then in an effort to get it down i stopped drinking caffeine. next thing i know i'm at the doctor and going for test to determine wether or not i had a stroke. no stroke just bad luck. watch yourselves.

Update
Well I just returned from the Cardiologist where I had to take some tests. I failed miserably. They are putting me back in the hospital on Monday to fix a blocked artery.

Update from the wife - he is out of surgery and being kept overnight - he had 3 stints put in; 1 in one artery and 2 in the other! He is doing well and can't wait to get fishing with new energy!
