Offsite Imagehosting!
I have made it very simple for the members of the site to upload images to a free site (Imageshack - TOS). Imageshack is a free service that allows you to upload images and then link back to them so as to display them on other websites. If the members do this on a regular basis this not only saves server space but bandwidth as well.
To take advantage of this you will need to use the advanced editor and you will then see the upload space  This is free and very easy to use.
