short waders
Does anyone out there know where you can get a pair of waders, about knee-high in length and has felt bottoms?
I have cut off a pair of hip waders, but the fit around the foot is not right. These would be great for the small atreams that I fish and would keep me from slipping on the many moss-covered rocks. thanks slj.

I don't know of anything like what you're after. Sounds like a felt bottomed rubber boot would be ideal, but I don't know of any. If you took a felt bottomed bootfoot breathable wader and cut it off, I doubt they'd stay up very well.
