Baby Tarpon and Permit

With in 20 minutes of Cancun International Airport is some very good permit and baby tarpon fishing. I had an opportunity to travel there in July of 2007, and the fishing was quite amazing. We saw lots of permit (caught 3) and baby tarpon, as well as snook and bonefish. On a previous trip, a guy waded for a few hours and caught nine (!) permit on the fly. For more information about this fishery, call 877-517-7678 and ask for Brett.

Re: Baby Tarpon and Permit

Hi basstobuffalo,

Maybe Brett would be interested in listing his trips on our new Endorsed Fly Fishing Destinations.
