I'd probably be a more productive human if dial-up was all I had to work with. Cuz I would have given up on the interweb long ago.

I am stuck with dial up until I can find a upgrade download for my commodore 64 hehe jk. We have had Hi speed for about 4 years, it's a must if you do any online gaming.

Re: How do you connect to NAFFF

My neighbor is a computor, and satilite TV guy. He has wireless internet for free through his business. He told me to buy an antennea and he would give me his key code for the wireless. I did, he did and now I'm on high speed wireless, for free. It doesn't get any better than that, unless, of course, I'm on the river fishing. Then I use a different kind of high speed net.

Re: How do you connect to NAFFF

Both. When I'm at home in PA, it's a broadband high speed connection. And when I'm on a business trip it's high speed radio/sat courtesy of Blackberry.

But, when I'm in Maine, I use a dial-up modem. I could go to high speed in Maine, too. But, since being on an island off the coast here is like stepping back in time about 50 years, I think that the dial-up modem is really way out ahead of itself for these environs! (chuckle).
