Flows on the Medina are negligible now. The only river with decent flows right now is the upper portions of the Llano(s), although the upper Nueces might be worthwhile as well.

This is my main reference, and you generally want flows to be over 20 cfs for any given river. Over 50cfs is ideal- WaterWatch -- Maps and graphs of current water resources conditions

I'm not sure when my next jaunt will be, got family in town this wknd though.
