Default NEW Scott Flex 9' 6 weight

As the title says, BRAND NEW Scott Flex 9' 6 weight. Only cast a few times in my yard and settled on the Radian in a 6 weight. $400 shipped TYD. Can text or email photos. PM me if interested. Thanks.

Been considering a 6wt for dedicated streamer rod. I know you've only lawn cast, but think it has power to throw meat?

Not quite as much as a Radian, but certainly sufficient for 90% of larger flies. Honestly it's "power" doesn't feel much less than the Radian IMO. But the action is a touch slower, though still fast.

Definitely a "tip" flex, but the taper isn't quite as fast as say a Radian. I'd personally describe it as a "medium fast" type of rod, you can certainly feel it load but also has plenty of power reserved to throw large flies.
