Kevin,

You'll not have a problem with me liking the pretty stuff. I live in a place where the fish will take them so long as the presentation is good. I'll say hello and welcome here.

Ard

Kevin: Very nice work! I've never seen buzzers like the two you have. I fish a black buzzer with a gold throat with very good results here in Wyoming.

Kevin,

Welcome to the forum.

Nice flies. I particularly like the red chironomid/bloodworm pattern. If you enjoy tying flies, then I think that you'll find NAFFF to be a good site to frequent.

PS - I spent s fair amount of time in Livingston about two decades ago. Lovely country. And, of course, great malts; Lagavulin for me, thanks; although I was once told by a barman from Pitlochry that it was nothing more than p_ss poured down a chimney - never could quite get aligned to his interpretation - he favored the Macallan, I favored getting along with the locals in that bar, so you know what I was drinking on that particular night.

macallan distillery is just along the road from me, as well as a few more.So you would enjoy that.Nice place pitlochry with some fine water to fish.
that bloodworm pattern has caught alot of fish for me, as have the others.

i do enjoy my tying and coming up with new patterns and see how they work.

Well Kevin,

If you hear a knock at your door and find a smiling tall thin fisherman standing in your doorway with a brandy snifter in his hand - then you'll know that I've arrived!
