If you use this floss it is now being distributed by HareLine in the states and The Caddis Fly Shop is carrying it.

Not only the floss, but the thread and Chenille too. Originally got mine (Veniard) out of a shop in the UK and it's a treat to tie with. Just put a single layer of flat silver tinsel under the stuff and 'it glows in the dark.'

Straight on a hook (save for silver) and it tends to wash out when wet.
