Maybe I am sorta dense, but how is that fly tied? I love that thing and want to tie it.

Looks like some olive-colored dubbing with some gold tinsel but is that only one Partridge feather on top? Or are there more than one? And is that soft-hackle you used rather than the stiff cock hackle?

Body: Hare's Mask ribbed with gold flat tinsel
Wings: 2 Ringneck Pheasant rump feathers tented over the body
Hackle: 2 Brown rooster neck hackles

It's a pattern. So feel free to make any substitutions that suit you.

I actually have a ton of pheasant feathers. That is really a neat fly and you did a really good job tying it. Mine won't look like that but, I think this fly will catch all sorts of fish!

And I substitute all the time because there is no way I have all the stuff these pattern recipes call for. If I did, I would be totally broke instead of just mostly broke.
