Default HG Tapply's Nearenuf Fly

I am looking for a "recipe" for tying HG Tapply's "Nearenuf" fly.

I have seen different patterns online and wonder if anyone has the "classic recipe"?

Some people would say, Tap would take the trimmings from tying a batch of flies and assemble one that looked "near enough" to an Adams and add it to his fly box.

That sounds about right to me, but I thought I would check the collective memory of the Group.

Thanks Folks

Photos or web links would be appreciated.

A Google search turned up multiple recipes for the fly including one by Tapply himself.

The Sportsman's Notebook and Tap's Tips by H.G. Tapply has the recipe. I practically memorized that book when I was a kid. I noticed that one can get a used copy for as little as 88 cents through amazon.com.

Tap's son, Bill Tapply, wrote of how he rebelled against his dad when Tap would insist they fish with the Nearenuf.

A killer fly in that book is the Cooper Bug. Fish it as a dry or a wet.
