Default Re: Fast Rivers and "Go To" flies and technique

Down river of Mustang there is a lot of slow slack water but you can find a few good runs here and there. You start to run into a lot more sandy areas due to more of a desert landscape. There are some big fish out there though. The Truckee record Brown of 31 inches came out of the Patrick area this past summer.
