Nice little streamer pattern to tie:

Click the image to open in full size.

Hook: Size 2 - 6
Tail: Marabou
Hackle for lateral line
Head: Lead dumbell eyes, white and brown artic fox, topped with couple stands of contrasting flashabou and some crystal flash
