Default Fly-Casting Teacher in Houston

Does anyone have any recommendation for a fly-casting teacher in the Houston area? My wife is interested, but I shouldn't be the teacher (guys married a while will know where I'm coming from here).

Thanks for all suggestions.

Joe D,

Thanks for the info. An already e-mailing some of the names that came up on the FFF search.
